Years of working with world-class cyclists and other professional athletes means that I can help anyone become leaner and faster - meaning I can help enhance your own Velocity and Vitality. This is a tried, tested and proven program that will work no matter what your level of activity, health and fitness - from Type 1 diabetics to F1 drivers. It’s a natural progression to partner with performance clothing brand Katusha Sports, with 10 years in the world tour, they understand how to gain an advantage through the combination of science and creativity.

Here are a variety of plans developed for Katusha Sports that are specifically designed to help you to achieve your desired health and fitness outcomes, whether you’re an elite athlete or currently inactive - you can see results for past clients here.


Four-week fitness plan

In order to make the most of your time in social isolation or lockdown, we are able to offer you a bespoke 4-week training and nutrition plan, written by our in-house former Olympic coach Dave Smith. Dave is able to help you gain or maintain ‘emergency fitness’ while your normal activities are limited and give you a fitness boost prior to the lifting of restrictions on personal movement.

Your plan covers training and nutrition, and can be based solely on indoor exercise, or limited outdoor activities in keeping with the regulations in your region. Previous clients have been amazed at how much fitness can be gained from just a few weeks of specialist training written for their individual goals and circumstances.

 Ten-week coaching plan

A 10 week plan that will help you learn news ways of eating, training and thinking about your performance - bringing you significant changes in less than three months. Each training session is set out for you to suit your goals and lifestyle, whilst the nutritional strategy delivers any necessary weight-loss, energy and health.

Clients have used this plan to move from complete novice to Etape finisher in 5 months and to win races in their first competitive season.

Your plan for you includes a detailed training schedule, bespoke nutrition plan and weekly communication and monitoring.

Six Month Coaching Plan

A coaching plan can be made more effective with a long-term goal and a high degree of communication and adjustability. Our six month plan takes the same principles of individual design and goal setting and incorporates them into a six month time frame you're your training send through 2 weeks at a time, communication at least once per week and adjustments to the plan as and when necessary.

The plan covers detailed training sessions, nutritional advice and mental skills training – everything to bring you to new levels of performance and riding enjoyment.

The plan can start as an indoor based to help you make the most of your current permitted movements during the Covid-19 emergency.

The process:

  1. Submit your enquiry

  2. Response within 24 hrs

  3. Complete the initial questionnaire

  4. Discussion of your situation, goals and resources

  5. Only then is payment required

  6. Receive your new plan within 36 hours
